Today, I am not going to talk about tennis, going green or victoria's secret. Check out this cute baby on youtube. It just makes me smile! If somebody this cute was with me for every dentist visit, that would help me get through painful procedures.

Li Na of China- New Favorite
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gPqZj1zz3as
Check out this video of Li Na's interview after she beat the world's number one, Caroline Wozniacki at 2011 Australian Open. Even after a tight match that lasted over two and a half hours, she still does not forget to add sense of humor.
She said she was nervous during the match especially because her husband snored and woke her up every hour the previous night.
When asked what got her through the tough match, after several seconds of pause, she responded, " Prize money."
For your information, I am not Chinese, and I do not particularly cheer for Asians just because I am from Asia, but I do hope she wins the final. Since she has beaten the final's opponent Kim Clijsters in Sydney to win the tournament earlier this month ( Jan. 2011) she has potential to win the Slam. She is not blond, nor gorgeous, but there is something about her that attracts people including myself.
A 28-year-old slow-starter is already making a history. She is the first Chinese (or Asian) woman to reach a Grand Slam final. I hope she will make another history during this tournament.

John Isner, my new favorite
I used to be passionate about tennis more than pro.
so it is kind of a shame to admit that I did not know this good looking player till last week.
His smiles after winning the match knocked me out.
He is 6'9". Tall guys are not my type, but I guess I have zero chance of dating him, so it is okay.
He was seeded 20th at Australian Open 2011.
at age 25, we can call him a slow starter- he played for University of Georgia before being on the tour.
Looking at his tennis on TV, it looked like he has gotten potential.
His tennis is still rough, but he has big serves, killer forehands, and fairly good control over low balls, something tall players tend to be not good at.
I am putting for American tennis in this guy.

Victoria's Secret Angel, Miranda Kerr, gave birth to a giant baby boy on Jan. 6, 2011.

It is hard believe that somebody this skinny is even fertile.
The most surprising part is that this baby weighed 9 pounds, 12 ounces at birth. Yeah, I hear stories that people give birth to 10-pound, or even 20-pound babies, but those women normally weigh 200 pounds!

It doesn't appear that she gained 200 pounds during the pregnancy either.
Even more surprising, she did not use any pain medication! She is gorgeous, famous, and tough. This world is so fair!
My first kid weighed 6 pounds, 5 ounces, and the second, 7 pounds, 6 ounces. I did not use pain medication either, but I really wanted to die. I cannot imagine how much pain a giant baby like hers would put me through. I understand that she is substantially taller than me, but still, a 10-pound baby delivered naturally by an angel? I'm sure she looked graceful during labor too..........

Narbandian beats Hewitt
Australian Open-
Australian actress Bec Cartwright was Hewit's girlfriend at the stand when he reached Australian open finals, 2005. I remembert the opponent at that final, Marat Safin, also brought some hot red-headed chick to the stand.
David Narbandian beats Lleyton Hewitt- It was a five-set match. The last set score was 9-7, but the most surprising fact is that this was the Grand Slam's 1st round.
I remember them playing Wimbledon Finals. If they play against each other in the first round, that means one of them is unseeded. Let me go back, oh wait, that Wimbledon Finals was in 2002. Wow, I must have aged...
They have a lot of things in common.
Blond, green eyes, born in 1982.
Narbandian Hewitt
It seems like ages ago when Hewitt dated Kim Clijsters, dumped her, and got engaged to some hot Australian chick after 5 weeks of dating, and knocked her up. It was 2005. I personally did not like Clijsters, even though she is a great tennis player, because she was not just good looking enough for Hewitt.
Now, he is just happily married with 3 kids.

I miss Hingis and Kournikova, the elegant, skillful tennis with great touch. ( They were also extremely attractive)Now it is all about power game and who can serve 200km/hr.
Today's tennis lack entertainment on-court, as well as off court.
Greener alternative? Earlgrey Tea- Twinings of London Loose Tea
I am a huge tea drinker.
My dentist and hygeniest do not like it, because tea leaves stain on teeth. Especially during the time you wear braces, which is the case for me.
Well, I don't care about what they say, but there is one thing I truly care- Our Environment!
I thought the tea I normally buy was environmentally friendly, since loose leaf means less packaging(no tea bag,) but now I am not so sure, since this is imported from England.
So, I drive to publix, contributing to global warming, but I thought I was minimizing the negative environmental impact I leave on the planet by purchasing this product over others. What do you think? if the tea was grown locally, even if it uses more packaging, is that greener than something that traveled from UK to the U.S??
Right now, this is the only loose leaf tea I can find at local supermarkets.
Oh well, maybe I should grow my own tea leaves in my backyard...
